Claesson Koivisto Rune

Claesson Koivisto Rune is an architectand design office founded in Stockholm in 1995 by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto och Ola Rune. They were the first Swedish office to exhibit at the international section of the Venice Architecture Biennale (2004) and with projects such as the culture house Sfera (2003) in Kyoto (JP), and inde/jacobs Gallery (2015) in Marfa (US), the office is one of Swedens internationally most recognised. Several of their furniture and products are in collections such as Art Institute Chicago, Indianapolis Museum of Art, USA, and Nationalmuseum Swedens Museum of Art and Design. In 2021 the king of Sweden Carl XVI Gustaf, presented Claesson Koivisto Rune with the Prince Eugen Medal for outstanding artistic achievement in architecture.
