SUSTAINABLE INTERIOR FOR A SPACE IN MOTION

When the restaurant concept K-märkt opened its latest lunch venue, Separatorn, in Flemingsberg, the goal was to create an interior that reflects the company’s focus on sustainability – without compromising on flow or atmosphere. K-märkt is known for its seasonal menus, food-waste awareness, and ambition to elevate the everyday lunch experience into something special.

With Neat Storage used as a room divider, functional zones take shape within the open lunch area. The shelves provide both separation and practical storage for the staff.
The Everlong Sofa creates generous seating areas, while Hug Chairs and Feather Tables can be freely combined depending on group size. The newly produced Fanett Chair adds a timeless character and gives the space a visual lift.
