If the electrically height-adjustable sit & stand frame does not work as expected troubleshoot as follows:
- Start by checking that the cables look properly connected between the motor column, control unit and table control and that the power cable is plugged into the wall outlet.
- Check that no cables are pinched or otherwise damaged.
If the above looks OK, try to reset the desk:
- Lower the frame to its lowest position by pressing the "down" arrow.
- Release the button.
- Press the button again and keep it pressed for 10 sec until you hear a “ticking” sound from the control unit or you see the stand move a little.
If the desk still not work, contact us! We then need the product's serial number, which can be found on the type label at the frame.
Yes, connection fittings are available as an option for Hug.
Yes, it is possible to hang Hug on a table using the backrest.
Shape has several plinth heights as options:

Yes, screens from a length of 1200 mm can be equipped with an accessory rail for items such as monitor arms and other accessories.
The desktop screen is mounted either with an angle bracket for permanent installation or with a clamp bracket so it can easily be removed.

The crumb gap is a small opening between the backrest and the seat that makes it easy to brush off the seat and allows crumbs to fall to the floor instead of getting stuck in the crease.

At the moment, we unfortunately cannot provide files in Revit® format.
However, it is possible to download a plugin that allows our pCon models to be used in Autodesk® Revit®.
With the free Plugin professional Revit® users can import smart furniture models from pCon.planner into their Revit® projects. These files can be used just like any other Revit® families. In addition to geometries, the most important article information will also be made available.

Yes, on both Eline Swivel and Eline 4-legged, you can choose between plastic glides for carpeted floors or felt glides for hard floors.

Choice Conference Table is designed so that all three leg types use the same tabletop mount, which means an existing table can gain a new expression with new legs on the same tabletop.

- High closed plinth 300 mm (personal storage only)
On some models there are also 106 mm castors as an option.

The desk screen has an acoustically optimized polyester fiber core and is 40 mm thick, which provides high sound absorption and reduces distracting noise.
You will need two new leg frames, since the middle legs on a long Piece table are connecting frames.

That the product can be customized further, for example with colors and fabrics that are not offered in the configurator. When ordering customized products, an additional setup fee is charged, as well as surcharges for choosing other colors, fabrics, and materials. The delivery time after the order has been approved is 6–8 weeks. All customized products are based on existing constructions and drawings from our standard range.
Yes, the fabric is sewn with a zipper and is therefore removable, which makes it easy to change the cover.
Yes, if you intend to place your Embrace Floor Screen without support, choose the long foot designed for free-standing use. In the configurator, you can also see other fittings that can be selected, for example, to connect several screens together.
Material
Unfortunately, our production is not set up to manufacture tabletops with linoleum edge banding.
The planter boxes are made of metal that is powder-coated.
The veneer layer is only about 0.6 mm thick, which makes it very hard not to sand through the veneer, revealing the board material underneath.
Plywood, or cross-veneer as it is also called, is normally made up of an uneven number of layers of veneer glued together, where the layers are usually glued crosswise at right angles to each other. The veneer in plywood can be of different types of wood, thickness and quality. Plywood is often used as a core in tables to get the characteristic striped edge with just a clear coat.
The veneer layer on tables and storage units from Edsbyn is approximately 0.6mm thick.
Laminate or melamine as it is also called, is a decorative laminate consisting of paper that has been treated with melamine resin. HPL or high-pressure laminate has the same decorative paper as melamine-coated board, but when combined with many layers of kraft paper that has been treated with resin, the properties become completely different and the surface becomes hard and wear-resistant.

The difference between particleboard and MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) lies mainly in how they are manufactured, their properties and their uses. Particleboard is made from wood chips pressed together with glue under high pressure and heat. Less dense and strong than MDF, but sufficient for many furniture projects. MDF is made from very finely divided wood fibres mixed with glue, pressed into a dense board. More compact and stronger than particleboard, but heavier.

Orders & delivery
- Defective goods shall, at the seller’s request, become the property of the seller.
- At the seller’s request, the buyer shall send the goods to the seller at the seller’s expense.
The seller undertakes to remedy defects arising from deficiencies in design, materials, or manufacture that are discovered within five years from the date of delivery.
The seller’s liability for defects presupposes that:
- The goods have been handled in accordance with the handling instructions provided for the goods
- The goods have been used correctly and for their intended purpose
- The property has been maintained
- The goods have not been subjected to abnormal wear and tear
- The goods have been assembled correctly (if the assembly was not carried out by the seller)
- The defect is not due to the buyer having specified certain material or a particular design
Remedy shall be provided, at the seller’s discretion, by repairing or replacing the delivered goods.
Please review your order and our order acknowledgment to see what has been agreed upon. If you find that something is missing during assembly, please check the assembly instructions to ensure that the missing item should indeed be included in the delivery.

If your delivery appears to have been damaged during transport, it is important that you take photos of both the packaging as well as the damaged goods and submit this to us within 7 days of recieving the delivery.

If it turns out that the complaint was unfounded (for example, that no defect existed), the buyer shall pay the costs incurred by the seller as a result of the complaint.
The seller is considered to have fulfilled their obligation:
- When new goods have been sent to the address to which the incorrect goods were originally delivered.
or
- When the repair has been carried out (if the seller has chosen this option).
If the defective goods have been delivered directly to the buyer’s customer, the obligation is considered fulfilled when new goods are delivered to the buyer’s warehouse.
We have a 5-year warranty on our products
- If the delivery includes wall systems or goods that are to be anchored to a wall, the buyer is responsible for the load-bearing capacity of the walls.
- Shelf rails must be installed by a professional in accordance with the seller’s instructions.
Yes, you can make purchases as an individual directly from our retailers.
They assist you with configuration, quotation and order. All our products are manufactured on demand and your retailer will inform you of the delivery time for your product.
The buyer shall:
- Notify the seller in writing of the defect within seven (7) days from the time the defect was discovered.
- Provide a written description of the error.
- Report it immediately if the fault could cause damage.
If a complaint is not made as stated above, the buyer loses the right to make any claims based on the defect.

At Edsbyn, we design and manufacture furniture in our own factory. Together with us, it’s possible to pursue a career in areas such as product development, production, distribution, finance, communication, environment and sustainability, customer service, and sales, among others. Technically, it’s possible to mount only four legs, but it’s not recommended since the design is made to ensure stability. The customer may, however, choose to install only four of the five legs included upon delivery.
By using materials that capture sound waves, you can reduce disturbing noise in the room, especially voices, and create better conditions for concentration and conversation. When the sound wave hits an absorber, the sound energy is broken down in the material and disappears.
There are many types of sound-absorbing products in a work environment. Desk screens, floor screens and wall absorbers are clear examples, but upholstered furniture also helps to dampen sound in a room.
In open work environments, a lot is about controlling how sound moves through the room. By using partitions, you can limit how far sound spreads and create a better, more peaceful working environment.
N10 is a reference value used to assess the effectiveness of standalone absorbers. It indicates how many units of a given product are required to achieve an absorption area of 10 m² Sabine.
How do you interpret the value?
Low N10 value = high absorption
High N10 value = lower absorption
If you choose a product with an N10 value of 15, 15 units of the product in the given size will be needed to provide 10 m² Sabine of speech-relevant absorption area, whereas a product with an N10 value of 1 would only require a single unit of the product.
Acoustics is about how sound is generated, transmitted, and perceived in different environments, especially in rooms and buildings.
Good acoustics improve speech intelligibility, reduce stress, and increase comfort in, for example, offices, schools, and public spaces.
A desk screen should be high enough to cover the mouth level of the person sitting at the desk. If the screen is too low, there is a risk that sound will pass over it.

Special is when the product becomes completely unique and requires new drawings and constructions; in some cases, prototypes are also produced. It might be a storage unit that needs to cover floor to ceiling, or perhaps an extremely long table. We assess the request, construction, and production feasibility in each individual case. The price for special items is quoted on request. Delivery time is from 8 weeks and up, depending on the type of request.
To effectively absorb human speech, an absorber should be at least 40 mm thick.

Reverberation time is the time it takes for sound to decay in a room after the sound source has stopped. A long reverberation time means that the sound bounces many times between surfaces in the room. It can be compared to a faint echo, where the sound lingers and overlaps with new sounds.
