Yes, you can make purchases as an individual directly from our retailers.

They assist you with configuration, quotation and order. All our products are manufactured on demand and your retailer will inform you of the delivery time for your product.

If the electrically height-adjustable sit & stand frame does not work as expected troubleshoot as follows:

• Start by checking that the cables look properly connected between the motor column, control unit and table control and that the power cable is plugged into the wall outlet.
• Check that no cables are pinched or otherwise damaged.

If the above looks OK, try to reset the desk:

• Lower the frame to its lowest position by pressing the "down" arrow.
• Release the button.
• Press the button again and keep it pressed for 10 sec until you hear a “ticking” sound from the control unit or you see the stand move a little.

If the desk still not work, contact us! We then need the product's serial number, which can be found on the type label at the frame.
