The Arc series
Arc is a furniture series that celebrates solid wood. It includes Arc Stool and Arc Chair, designed by Jens Fager in collaboration with Edsbyn. Arc Stool was originally created for Nationalmuseum, inspired by the museum’s architecture and featuring a seat shaped like an elegant arch.
Arc Chair followed naturally – a light, comfortable chair in solid wood and molded veneer, designed for spaces ranging from restaurants and cafés to meeting rooms and homes. The series reflects craftsmanship, Nordic sensibility and material awareness – in line with Edsbyn’s long tradition of quality wooden furniture. Arc is Möbelfakta certified.
Designer
Jens Fager
Jens Fager is a Swedish designer educated at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. He has created acclaimed furniture pieces across Europe and is behind several series for Edsbyn – including Feather and Ease – as well as solid wood designs such as Arc Stool and Solid Table Top.
