The Modular series
Modular is a circular chair series by Jens Fager, centered on comfort, flexibility, and sustainability.
The system consists of modular chairs that can be tailored to both space and user – with choices of material, color, base, and armrests. The floating backrest and thin contours of the seat are balanced by elegant steel legs, giving Modular an international, architectural character. Comfort lies in the construction: double-curved surfaces in seat and back provide natural support even in the all-wood version, which can also be upholstered for added softness. Every component is replaceable and recyclable, making Modular a long-term investment for offices, restaurants, hotels, and conference spaces alike.
Designer
Jens Fager
Jens Fager is a Swedish designer educated at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. He has created acclaimed furniture pieces across Europe and is behind several series for Edsbyn – including Feather and Ease – as well as solid wood designs such as Arc Stool and Solid Table Top.
